For prospective homebuyers and renters

Under applicable state law, FIND publishes the following standardized operating procedure:

  • Prospective clients are not required to show identification before touring a property.
  • Prospective clients are not required to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement to tour.
  • Prospective clients are not required to provide pre-approval for a mortgage to tour.

Individual sellers or landlords may impose their own requirements, which are outside FIND’s control. Your agent will advise you where any apply.
